1. Eligibility and acceptance
Naklorya is for users aged 13 and over. By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Rules. If your country sets additional age requirements for digital services, you must follow them.
2. Account security
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and are responsible for actions taken through your account. Selling, transferring or sharing accounts and impersonating others are prohibited.
3. Game rules
Exploiting bugs, automation, unauthorized clients, data manipulation, misleadingly multiplying ad rewards and any method that gives an unfair advantage over other players are prohibited. The game economy, rewards, durations and virtual items may change for balance.
4. Virtual items and ads
Game money and virtual items do not create real money, property rights or any claim against us. Watching rewarded ads is optional. Ad content may be provided by third-party providers.
4.1 Purchases
Gold packs, the monthly VIP membership and one-time packs are bought through Google Play or the App Store; payment, invoicing and refunds follow the store’s rules. Subscription cancellation and renewal are managed in your store account. A purchase is applied to your account after our server verifies it. Gold, game money and VIP benefits from a purchase that the store refunds or cancels may be taken back; spent gold may be recorded as a debt deducted from later gold purchases.
5. Online conduct and sanctions
The Community Rules apply in global chat and social features. Violations may lead to content removal, temporary or permanent chat restrictions, or suspension of account access. In security or serious cases, prior notice may not be given.
6. Service availability
The service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, security, technical issues or force majeure. We do not guarantee the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we aim to provide a reasonably reliable service.
7. Intellectual property
The Naklorya name, logo, software, visuals and original content belong to Naklorya or its licensors. They may not be copied, sold or distributed beyond personal play.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deletion is permanent and progress cannot be restored. Details are on the account deletion page.
