Short rule: Don’t write anything in global chat that you wouldn’t say to someone’s face.
1. Be respectful
Insults, profanity, humiliation, targeting, threats, bullying and demeaning anyone for their identity or characteristics are prohibited.
2. Protect personal information
Don’t share phone numbers, addresses, passwords, social media accounts, private photos or similar personal information about yourself or others. Links to other platforms may be blocked in global chat.
3. Share safe and legal content
Sexual content, threats of violence, hate speech, illegal activity, drugs, gambling promotion and content that endangers children are strictly prohibited.
4. No spam or impersonation
Don’t repeat messages, advertise, attempt fraud or pretend to be Naklorya staff, an admin or a moderator. Usernames and clan names follow these rules too.
5. No cheating or exploits
Don’t use bugs for profit, run automation software or attempt technical tricks that spoil other players’ experience. If you find a bug, tell support.
6. Reporting and blocking
Report an inappropriate message from the menu that opens when you tap it; report inappropriate player or clan names with the “Report” button on their profile. Pick a ready reason or write your own. You can block players from their profile. Reports are reviewed by moderators. Abusing reports is also a violation.
7. Sanctions
Depending on severity and repetition: a warning, content filtering, a 1-hour/24-hour/7-day mute, a permanent chat restriction or a 1-day/7-day/permanent account suspension. Mutes and suspensions are announced in global chat with their reason; a suspended account sees the reason and end date. Serious threats and child safety violations may lead directly to permanent action.
