Deleting in the app
- Sign in to the game with your Naklorya account.
- Open Settings (Menu in the bottom bar → Settings).
- In the Session section, tap Delete account permanently.
- Confirm the permanent deletion warning. You are signed out and the account cannot be used again.
What is deleted?
Account and sign-in links, company profile, level and economy progress, vehicles, garages, staff, jobs, friendships, clan membership, chat messages, report links and push notification device records are removed from active systems.
What may be kept
Limited records that must be kept for legal obligations, fraud prevention or security may be kept for the required period. Full removal from rotating security backups can take up to 30 days.
Can’t access the app?
Write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address with the subject “Naklorya account deletion request”. Your request is processed after account ownership is verified. Never send your password by e-mail.
Important: Account deletion cannot be undone. Deleted game progress, virtual currency, vehicles and social connections cannot be restored.
